The Company in Hong Kong originated as First Pacific Davies (FPD) which was founded by Mr. David Davies OBE in 1981. FPD became a wholly owned real estate arm of First Pacific Company, a Hong Kong based conglomerate in banking, property, telecom, marketing and distribution. In 1990, the Group acquired Guardian Property Management Limited specializing in property and facilities management in mass and middle-end estates and principal Government contracts. In 1997, FPD was rebranded FPD Savills having merged with the leading UK real estate consultancy Savills plc, with a deep-seated history since 1855.
 
Today, Savills is currently the trading name for the principal property services subsidiaries of Savills plc, a UK company with a full listing on the London Stock Exchange. The business is now one of the leading firms of international property consultants and real estate agents in the world.
 
Savills Property Management Limited remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Savills, and with a distinguished history, is a familiar face and recognised brand in Hong Kong. We always look forward to the future and recognise the importance of staying ahead of the game.
